ST. CLAIR TOWNSHIP — A 37-year-old Prescott man was charged with drinking and driving Saturday after police say breathalyzer tests indicated he had more than twice the legal limit of alcohol in his system.
Lambton OPP officers say they saw the man's truck moving erratically along Hill Street in Corunna at about 11:45 p.m. They stopped the vehicle and demanded Alcohol Tester tests.
The accused is being held for a bail hearing to speak to charges of being over the legal limit, driving while under suspension and failing to comply with a court order.
